Saag (Spinach) Paneer


Cottage cheese cooked with spinach puree.
1. Boild Potato
2. Gram Flour (besan)
3. Cumin powder
4. Chili Pepper (Red Chili Powder)
5. Curd
6. Salt to Taste

Remove the stem of spinach, blanch the leaves, puree half and chop the half.

Cut the paneer into dices and keep aside.

Heat ghee, add cumin, allow to crackel, add gr.chilly garlic, saute, add onion and cook till golden brown.

Add pwd masala, tomato puree, stir, add spinach and cook for a while.

Add paneer dices and saute.

Garnish with cream and ginger julians.
